Afromail Web Hosting – Usage Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Afromail Web Hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Usage Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligible Use
You may use our hosting services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our servers to host, store, or transmit:
- Illegal content or activities
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates privacy

3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

5. Payment Terms
- Fees must be paid on time as per your chosen plan (Starter, Business, Premium).
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach this agreement, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay fees.

7. Limitation of Liability
Afromail Web Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Changes to Agreement
We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Zambian courts.
